1. 20% of the payment must be made within 14 days after singing the contract
2. 40% of the payment is due 5 months before the exhibition
3. The remaining 40% payment is due 2 months before the exhibition
4. If the Applicant cancels, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• the applicant will pay 30% of the contract amount if the application is cancelled 9 months before the exhibition
• the applicant will pay 70% of the contract amount if the application is cancelled 6 months before the exhibition
• the applicant will pay 100% of the contract amount if the application is cancelled 3 months before the exhibition

We, the undersigned, acknowledge that Iteca Caspian LLC will incur costs associated with fulfilling the obligations outlined in this application form. Therefore, we will not demand the refund of payment (except in the event of the exhibition being cancelled).
